Nothing could have been better.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the main street in town and down to the port, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped with modern bathrooms and some even come with a small balcony overlooking the water. The breakfast was wonderful, with light fluffy waffles offered as a treat.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was perfect.

We recently stayed at a charming in Albany and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our well-appointed room had everything we needed, including a lovely en-suite bathroom. We appreciated the common lounge area, which was filled with reading materials and offered complimentary port and chocolates. The common kitchen area was a pleasant surprise, with a wonderful massage chair for tired travelers. The continental breakfast provided was generous and satisfying. The friendly and helpful host made our stay even more pleasant.

Our stay at this was very comfortable and we would highly recommend it. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as less comfortable pillows and a not-so-tasty free port, they did not overshadow our positive experience.

our stay at dunmoylen house b&b in albany was even better than our previous visit. cheryl, the host, provided a lovely breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable with great wifi. we enjoyed the cozy dining room with a fireplace and complimentary chocolates and port. the location was perfect for exploring town and nearby trails. excellent communication with cheryl made our stay even more enjoyable.

Snug inner room with a large north-facing window overlooking a Tuscanesque courtyard. Waking up here was like being in a cozy retreat, with a view that transported me to the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany.

Low water pressure in the shower and finicky hot water, but understandable for an older home.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It was well worth the money we spent as it was centrally located within walking distance of a few eateries and close to everything down to the port. We loved this hotel! The location close to the center that is within walking distance of a few eateries was perfect. We could easily access everything in this city, down to the port. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was fantastic. One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel had an amazing breakfast spread that included fresh fruit and local produce. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, including the kitchenette and free Wi-Fi.

Spending Christmas at a quaint B&B was a delightful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The stunning view of the harbor and 3-minute walk to the town were a real bonus. The room was luxurious with a cozy balcony to relax in and the communal kitchenette had a massage chair - perfect for a lazy afternoon in. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with an abundant continental spread and fresh fruit. The antique furnishings and old-world charm added to the overall experience.

That the walls were quite thin, so we could hear the other guests coming and going. But it didn't ruin the experience, and we still had a lovely stay.

The rooms at Dunmoylen House are so cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Albany. I loved the large windows in the ensuite overlooking the Tuscanesque courtyard, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The Harbour Room with its private balcony overlooking Lawley Park and Princess Royal Harbour was absolutely stunning. The light sunny room with views of the cheerful garden was such a delightful and refreshing space to relax in. The rooms have all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The ensuite bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, and I really enjoyed the large north-facing window in mine. The indoor/outdoor dining areas in the air-conditioned rooms provide a lovely setting for meals.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the seating area in the room. But I understand that others might find it useful or enjoyable.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was really comfortable, with luxury towels and a super cozy bed. The location was great, with a park nearby and walking distance to the shopping area. The homemade cookies were a lovely touch.

There was no air conditioning in our room, so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. there was an annoying cat that was constantly in the room, which was not appreciated.
